Woke up this morning to another dull day as anticipated... until we opened the shutters to find a clear blue sky. Oh my! Early breakfast and then down to the plage. This time to St Tugen where we met some people from Guildford who were staying up the road. Emma insisted on wearing her bobbles (goggles) whilst paddling. Stayed on the beach until lunchtime when the rain, which we had watched moving in from the south west, finally arrived. Had a light lunch (ok, stuffed our faces on cheese, cous cous, salami, bread and honey) then hung out while Janie did some washing (just in case of flooding).

Later in the afternoon went to look for a replacement kite at the Ecomarche, then a jaunt to the cliffs overlooking L'Anse du Loch where it was high tide and Janie made use of the portable facilities. Then, we set off to find somewhere to fly the newly aquired kite. Tried a couple of places south of Primelin. Eventually found ourselves back at St Tugen, this time at the other car park. Kite flying dismal failure but went down to the beach and took some photographs before the rains came again and we had to dash for the car... oh come on Emmy! (Q. What did you most like about the day Emma? A. The rain,)
